A London Weekend

Rain or shine, London is a busy place.  A few clouds and showers this weekend have done nothing to deter the activity in the city.  Our group mingled with the masses in the Tube and at the Victoria Palace Theatre last evening.  The streets were packed and noisy on our way home to Bedford Place, and even though we woke up to a quiet Sunday morning, our tour guide explained that Sunday afternoon is particularly hectic and crowded.  On Sunday, motorists do not have to pay the normal congestion tariff to enter the city, and parking is also free.  However, after strolling the streets of London for a few days, I'm not sure I would ever want to drive here, free or otherwise!
